How long have you been with DeLuca Homes?
I have been with DeLuca Homes for five years. It really feels like I work with a family.
What is your favorite part about your job?
Seeing joy on my buyers’ faces when their home is complete and they cannot believe it is their home.
Tell us about yourself/your career.
I have been in new home sales for 32 years. I am a proud mom of three children, and I have six beautiful grandchildren.
How did you get into new home sales?
We purchased a brand new home and I loved the whole process. The Builder asked me to get my license and work for him, which I did.
What questions do you get asked most often by prospective home buyers?
What comes included with the home? Will I be able to personalize my home?

The open floor plans. They are very well thought out plans.

Low maintenance living so they can enjoy their life rather than live to take care of an aging home.
How do you spend your free time? What do you do to relax?
We love going to the shore on the weekends, spending time with family. I love to read.
