We proudly provide you with:
- 1 YEAR PROTECTION on materials, workmanship, plumbing; air conditioning; and heating, electrical, and ventilating systems.
- 12 YEAR PROTECTION on load bearing structural components including beams, bearing columns and walls, footings, girders, lintels, posts, roof sheathing, structural fasteners, and subfloors.
And once you move into your new DeLuca home, our team will be available to help you with all of your home service and warranty needs. Our courteous customer service professionals are dedicated to helping you with any questions, and will schedule appointments for all of your DeLuca service needs.
In addition to any emergency needs that might arise, DeLuca Homes also schedules two inspections of your new home: a 60-DAY HOME WARRANTY INSPECTION & a ONE-YEAR HOME WARRANTY INSPECTION. We believe that these are the most thorough inspections in the homebuilding industry and will provide you with a home that you’ll be satisfied with for years to come.
