While DeLuca homes can speak volumes on their own, we also have a dynamic team that makes our communities really stand out. One of those team members is Community Sales Manager, Bob Hoagland. He uses his years of business experience to help put homebuyers at ease.
What do you do at DeLuca Homes?
My role with DeLuca Homes is Community Sales Manager at the Estates at Devonshire in Mullica Hill, NJ.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
Assisting families during the process of making life-changing decisions.
What’s the most fun part of the design process?
Helping buyers make choices between color, style, location and quantity. Watching them personalize their homes to their individual tastes is like watching a kid in the candy store! They start off liking everything, then practicality takes hold and they begin to narrow down their selections to what best fits their style and budget. Often times, they learn things about themselves and each other. Hopefully, in the end, the prevailing attitude is that the process was exceedingly enjoyable.
What do you do when you’re not at DeLuca Homes?
I am a husband, a father of 3, and a grandfather of 5, who cherishes time with his family beyond anything else…but golf does come in a close second!

What is your greatest achievement?
Professionally, I have had two awesome business careers that have provided me with the opportunity to mentor, to manage, and to assist people as they take on new challenges in their lives. Personally, the way that my children have grown in their careers and have grown as parents is with out a doubt a legacy I will be proud to leave behind.
