At Flowers Field, the Aster model is home sweet home for one family.
When Caroline and her family visited Flowers Field, they toured the Aster model and it was love at first sight! “We had visited other communities in the area,” she recalls, “But we really loved the features and location of Flowers Field. The grocery store and shops are just three minutes away!”
Coming from a single family home, they weren’t quite sure what to expect. But “we love the way the house is built… the quality is incredible,” Caroline notes. “And the DeLuca team were very open, very helpful. The process was seamless from the moment that we visited until closing. They were always willing to meet with us at any time that suited our schedule.”
And what’s her favorite part of her new home at Flowers Field? “Without a doubt, the family room. Specifically, the fireplace. It’s beautiful, simply stunning. And the preferred gathering place for friends and family. It’s our favorite room.”
Caroline also loves the DeLuca way of doing things. “Even though they are still doing construction, we don’t feel like we live in a construction zone because of the way they’ve staggered the sections.”
Even after they moved in, DeLuca’s customer service team was on top of things. “I sent a list of items that needed to be taken care of,” says Caroline. “And they upheld their 60-day warranty. They were respectful of my time, made sure all the vendors came on the same day, and made sure all the corrections were made. Their team is amazing. We would absolutely recommend DeLuca Homes to our friends & family!”
