Team Member Spotlight… Flowers Field Community Sales Manager, Cheryl Nelson
While DeLuca homes can speak volumes on their own, we also have a dynamic team that makes our homes and communities really stand out. One of those team members is our Flowers Field Community Sales Manager, Cheryl Nelson, who uses her years of experience to help put homebuyers at ease.
How long have you worked for DeLuca Homes? 
I have only been with DeLuca Homes since August, but I have been selling new construction homes for 26 years in Bucks County.
How do you approach your job as community sales manager?
Professionalism and integrity are very important to me, since I represent the builder. I am responsible for the millions of dollars in real estate that the builder entrusts to me to sell. I strive to represent the builder in the best way possible, while making the buyer feel they can trust me and DeLuca Homes.

I have worked for several large builders over the years, and I believe that DeLuca Homes builds one of the best quality homes on the market. What’s your favorite part of the job?
The interaction between myself and my buyers! I love seeing them choose a home site and fall in love with a floor plan, and learning about their families and traditions. Being able to make people smile while they are buying a home, and having them stop by the sales office just to say “hi” when they become our newest neighbor are the best feelings ever!
What do you do on a day off?
In the Summer, I love going to the Shore for the day just to relax. I also watch my grandson one day a week. He is 3 years old and we have grand adventures together!
What’s your greatest achievement?
Being in real estate for so long, and still being able to feel that unique joy when I sell a home to a happy buyer!
